cough 17!!! cough. So pretty much my 17k on Sunday will simply be to burn off one of these babies. FYI last time I was in NYC I ate THREE (3!) Billy’s Cupcakes.. umm yea… and I wonder my my ass is huge..

My grocery cart from Tuesday Night. $125 of healthy-living!
I find it’s critical I eat before I go grocery shopping, otherwise I’ll definitely end up shopping with my eyes, and not my brain.
I’ve also found that grocery shopping selection is critical to eating healthy. Last night I wanted some chocolate or candy soo much, luckily there was none to be found anywhere. Saved $$ and calories. Boo yea!
Question for all my fellow WW peeps out there.
You eat an item, such as a yogurt cup, that’s 35 calories ( aka 1 point)…
If you eat two… is it 1 point still (35 *2 = 70 calories) or do you give yourself 2 points, one for each cup?
I never know what to do… ?
Ugggh, you guessed it. I’ve been seriously lacking in the recording points depot lately. You can pretty much assume if I don’t make a post on this WW blog I am failing at Weight Watchers.
I ate out every. single. meal this weekend. Terrible. Money and Calorie wise. Luckily my scale still says I maintained weight, but I should have at least lost 0.5. Sigh.
