Question:
Question for all my fellow WW peeps out there.
You eat an item, such as a yogurt cup, that’s 35 calories ( aka 1 point)…
If you eat two… is it 1 point still (35 *2 = 70 calories) or do you give yourself 2 points, one for each cup?
I never know what to do… ?
Ugggh, you guessed it. I’ve been seriously lacking in the recording points depot lately. You can pretty much assume if I don’t make a post on this WW blog I am failing at Weight Watchers.
I ate out every. single. meal this weekend. Terrible. Money and Calorie wise. Luckily my scale still says I maintained weight, but I should have at least lost 0.5. Sigh.

God, the concept is so easy; track everything and anything you eat and don’t go over your daily limit. If you go over you will gain weight. Yet? It’s really effing hard somedays (like yesterday) to stay within my points.
Some days I am perpetually a hungry, hungry hippo…

One of the things that sucks about WW online, is that when I’m away from a computer (ie this weekend) I have no idea how to work out points or keep track of them. This weekend wasn’t perfect, but I don’t think it was too bad either.

10:25am Yet to eat. Too nauseous. 11:57am Small McD frieds. (-5 points) shit happens. 1:21pm 6” Subway (-6 points) delicious. 5:30 Pre-Run Rice cake (-1) and 1 slice of cheese (-1) 6:00 10k Run (+10) In a shocking turn of events (cough I didn’t feel well cough) I never ate dinner. I told you it was shocking!

Points? What Points? I Do Not Understand.
The words ‘points’ and ‘weight watchers’ were foreign to me this weekend. Nothing was counted, logged, or recorded. There is no doubt in my mind that the scale has taken a HUGE leap north and I must now suffer the consequences.
I’m back at WW today slash the rest of this week… And so the story goes…

I can tell you from experience that you will be most successful on WW if you a) switch it up and b) eat more (more food, and more often). You will feel satisfied and will be much more likely to stay on plan. Use and abuse...
Confession:
I went WAY OVER my points yesterday. Like way over. GAHHAHAHAHA. It was terrible. I just stopped caring and ate lots of stupid 1 point things (which omigosh ps add up!).
Sigh, I’m aiming for perfect today! And I’m going to assume I’ve used up half my weekly extra points already!
