I “earned” 15 points by running 15.5km. Personally, I think that’s a too many; perhaps I’m working it out wrong? The slowest I could say I went was 9min/mile, but in reality I was actually 11min/mile… maybe that threw it?
In other news today’s points have been going splendidly. I’m off to shower and then 10-point-dinner it! (photo to come, along with my new fav 1 point snack!)
Yup- the speed thing will affect it- it’s assuming you ran about 12 miles (which is 1200 calories and about 15 points), not “only” 9.6 (which I’m guessing is around 12-13 points?). If it were distance based, it would be about right- 15k is 15k.
I have this feeling that WW (very rudely, I might add) calls anything slower than 9 min/mile “jogging”…. So you might find it there.
Otherwise, to get the most accurate points calculation, figure out the time equivalent, and use that. In this case, about 87 minutes. Make sense?
YES! That does make sense! Thank you so much! I wondered why they assumed tubby people would run so fast. I agree, how rude…
