Lunch: 6” Turkey Sub (6)


Dinner: Asparagus (1) Chicken breast (3)and 2 slices of cheese (2) with lots of veggies (0)


Anytime: Chocolate Birthday Cake!! (Holy Shit, WW says it was 19 points!!)

Run: 13k in 90 minutes (+12)

Left: -3 (!! damn cake !!)
