Food in My Belly Making Me Fat or Skinny?

Breakfast: Fruit Parfait (3), Banana (2), Yogurt (1)

Lunch: Greek Salad and cheese cubes (10)

Dinner: Brussel sprouts (1), 3 slices of cheese (1) breast of chicken (3)

Anytime: 4 peices of twizzlers (2), pocorn (2), fudgsicle (2)

Points Left: -5!!! (I went over!!)
