Skinny, Skinny, Skinny, Skinny… FAT! You’re It!

Breakfast: Yogurt (2), Apple (1) large Coffee (0)

Lunch:Chicken Salad from Freshii (8) Omigosh! I came so close to ordering a delicious, thigh enhancing quizznos sub as the boys I were with all got one…  BUT at the last 2nd I backed out and got a salad. Phew. Close call.

Dinner: chicken breast (3), Peas and onions (1)

Anytime: rice cakes (3), cheese (4) apple (1), fudgsicle (1),

Left: -1 (this day just shows you how all the little things add up, i felt like I hardly ate..)
