God, the concept is so easy; track everything and anything you eat and don’t go over your daily limit. If you go over you will gain weight. Yet? It’s really effing hard somedays (like yesterday) to stay within my points.
Some days I am perpetually a hungry, hungry hippo…
Breakfast: Banana (2), Apple (1), large coffee (0)
Lunch: 6” Turkey Sub (6)
Dinner:
2 turkey slices (1),
2 slices of bread (1 - oh yes! you read right, 1 slice for two slices! omigod I found the best.bread.ever - granted, it’s small slices:Dempster’s Bodywise)
Mayo/Mustard/Pickles/lettuce/onion/lettuce (1)
Bruseel sprouts (1)
asparagus (1)
one slice of cheese (1)
Anytime:
3 egg white (scrambled) (3),
2 twizzlers (1)
fudgsicle (1)

4:55pm I am soooo hungry right now! I am dreaming of food and planning my dinner. I’m going to head home soon, eat something delicious (probs a banana) and then run 10k then chicken, asparagus and brussel sprout it. Mark my words. Today will be a perfect eating day!
