So… somebody commented on my 125 blog asking how I got 3 points for 3 egg whites… hence I looked it up to show them that 1 egg white = 1 point, HOWEVER I was WRONG!
3 Egg whites = 1 point. Wahoo!!
So thank you dear person who commented and gave me an extra 2 points a day! woot woot!
